No FCRA? You can still avail these technology donations.

Since Microsoft is an international donor, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, makes it mandatory that NGOs receiving international funding in monetary and in-kind donations should be registered with the FCRA. This is not a constraint from Microsoft or NASSCOM Foundation and hence we are not able to relax this constraint for BiGTech donations.

If your NGO is registered for three years now, then I suggest you apply for the FCRA and thereafter Microsoft, SAP, Bytes of Learning and other international donors on BiGTech can be approached for software donations.

Without FCRA, an ngo registered on BiGTech is still eligibile for receiving donations from
