Software giant Microsoft has announced that they are now going to expand their charity programs in the Indian market.

The company now aims to donate more software applications for charity purposes.

These donations would be routed through a technology assistance program being offered by NASSCOM Foundation.

This program has other partners including TechSoup which works with Cisco Systems and Symantec as well.

The company said that the donations would be made through a program named BiG Tech. It would allow the nonprofit organizations working in the country to apply for free software online.
